Family discounts

For 2 children from one family there will be a 10% reduction of the full fees.

For 3 or more children the family reduction will be 25% of the full fees.

Payment of fees

Payment of fees is by monthly standing order or termly in advance. Monthly fees should be paid between the 1st and 7th of each month. Termly fees should be paid on or before the first day of term.

In cases of late payment the school reserves the right to return children home until suitable financial arrangements are in place. Only at the discretion of the Trustees and College of Teachers will a child be allowed to enter a new term if any fees are owing from the previous term.

Extra charges

Class trips and camps, recorders, and any breakages other than fair wear and tear, will be charged separately.

The costs of special class projects, for example, the Class 8 play are not covered by fees: these costs may be charged separately, but the costs are usually covered by class fundraising projects.

Notice to withdraw children

A full term's notice must be given in writing to the Finance Officer before a pupil is withdrawn. A term's fees will be payable where inadequate notice is given. Provisional notice should be given in doubtful cases, to be confirmed or withdrawn by the half term preceding the leaving date.

Absence from school

No refund can be made for absence.

Deposit

On acceptance of a place, a deposit of £250 is payable, refundable during a pupil's final term at the school.

Early Years Grants

The school is a registered Early Years Provider and 3 & 4 year old children are eligible for Early Years Grants.
