Yes You Can

• In answer to everyone asking if they can donate their £1 per week in cash!

• If you would like to contribute your one pound coin in cash each week or when you are able to.

  It is very simple.

  • There will be a collecting box - it will have lots of individually numbered coin slots. Each numbered slot will be assigned to each person requesting to pay cash.

Each family/teacher/staff member - 'that asks' - is given a number - you get your number by contacting either Jane on 07798 930592 or email jane@elegantevents.co.uk. Or ask Peter Kebbell, our finance officer in main school.

In main school the collecting box will be in the library. In kindergarten the collecting box will be either in the entrance or office.

£1 will be worth £2 plus more if you gift aid it. To gift aid your donation it costs you nothing. You need to be a tax payer, fill in the donation form or call Peter Kebbell. You need only do this once it will cover all future donations. Because our school is a registered charity we are entitled to claim 28p for every £1 you donate if you gift aid it. You just tick a box, give you name and address.

On the collecting box there will also be a slot for any donation from anyone.

• Other ways you may like to donate: Donation forms - in main school entrance hall & entrance hall in Kindergarten - these forms enable you to set up standing orders or pay a one off payment, and anonymous donations too. They enable you to choose exactly where your money will go. Fill in this simple form and hand into Peter Kebbell or kindergarten office.
