Waiting List For a place in the Rowan Tree Kindergarten, you are advised to apply as soon as possible as we typically receive applications 2 – 3 years in advance, therefore we usually have waiting lists for all year groups in Kindergarten (ages 3 - 6), but do call the school, as this is not always the case. It is still worth applying if there is less than 2 years before the required start date, as there can often be a lot of movement on a waiting list (as people move away, get a place elsewhere etc.) To see our Waiting List Policy, please click here Application forms Download the waiting list registration form for all applications for Kindergarten and for all applications for Main & Upper School if you are applying more than 3 months in advance. This form is to register your interest in our school and to put your name on the waiting list. You will be asked to complete a fuller form nearer the time. Download the application form for children of statutory school age if you are applying for a place in Main or Upper School to start within 3 months. Making an application Download the application form (or telephone to request a copy) and complete and return it to the address given on the form. Applications for children aged 5 upwards also need to include copies of supporting documents – see the Admissions Process for Statutory School Age pupils for further information.
