    Admissions and Business Development Manager-

     

    Bristol Steiner School is a small independent primary school based in Redland with capacity for up to 120 children from 3-11 years.

     

    The Steiner approach addresses the child’s intellectual, spiritual, emotional and practical development whilst nourishing their innate curiosity and love of learning through a balance of academic, artistic and practical activities.

     

    To support the school’s future growth we are now looking for an Admissions and Business Development Manager who will be responsible for increasing pupil numbers and raising funds. The role is central to the school’s leadership team and will report directly to the Headteacher.

     

    You will be a team player with a proven business development or sales background in a business to business or business to consumer environment with a minimum of five years’ experience or proven relative experience in a similar organization.

     

    We are looking for a results driven individual who is self-motivated with the ability to work in a pressurized environment essential and able to produce marketing, PR and presentation material at an advanced level. You will have the ability to converse at all levels and be an excellent communicator as you will be the public face of the school.

     

    Critically, you must have the ability to build fruitful and productive relationships both internally and externally with all key stakeholders of the business.

     

    The closing date for applications will be 5pm 20th September and interviews will be held on Monday 30th September at Bristol Steiner School.
